George Thorne has been named the Academy’s new Emerging Talent Coach for the U14–U21s.
In this role, he will work across both the Youth Development and Professional Development phases, focusing on individual growth and guiding players along the Club’s performance pathway.
13th April 2026
Cambridge United have appointed Marc Forrest as Emerging Talent Coach (U14–U19).
He joins from Arsenal and brings 14 years’ FA experience, working across YDP and PDP to develop top prospects.
