Bromley FC Academy runs a category 4 academy based in Greater London. They focus on elite youth development to nurture young talent.

The academy’s vision is to maximise the development of every player through consistently building and sustaining their commitment to their educational and playing pathways.
For the 2024/25 season, Bromley has introduced a BFC B Team in their debut year in the EFL. This team will act as a bridge between the U16-18 squads and the First Team.
Since its 2017 launch, the Bromley FC Youth Academy has grown to seven teams—boys’ teams from U12 to U16 and girls’ teams at U14 and U16.
Each team trains twice weekly and competes in the Junior Premier League on Saturdays.
