Portsmouth FC Academy

Portsmouth FC runs a category 3 academy based in Hampshire. They have an elite youth development program that nurtures young talent.

Portsmouth’s FC academy, officially known as Pompey Academy, focuses on identifying and developing the top young talent in the region.

Their goal is to eventually promote these players to the first-team squad.

Portsmouth Football Club have confirmed that Greg Miller will step down as Academy Manager in February to take up a similar role at Charlton.

James Barlow, currently the Academy’s Head of Coaching, has been promoted to Academy Manager.
