Bromley FC Academy Competitions

U18 Youth Alliance Cup

The EFL Youth Alliance Cup is a youth football tournament in England, organized by the English Football League (EFL). It features under-18 teams from League One and League Two clubs that compete in the EFL Youth Alliance, the league system for these academies.

The competition follows a format like the EFL Trophy, beginning with a regional group stage before progressing to a national knockout phase.

Designed to foster young talent at lower-tier EFL clubs, the tournament provides a structured competitive environment beyond regular league matches.

U21 Premier League Cup

The Premier League Cup was introduced in the 2013/14 season to enhance competition during the Professional Development Phase.

It added a knockout tournament alongside the regular league schedule. For the 2025/26 season, the format features nine groups.

The top team from each group automatically qualifies for the knockout stage, along with the seven best second-placed teams.

19th May 2025

Seven young players have signed new professional contracts with Bromley Football Club. The players are Nathan Paul-Lavaly, Frankie Moralee, Josh Tobin, Soul Kader, Sam German, George Penn, and George Evans.

12th August 2025

18-year-old right-back Freddie Taylor has signed his first professional contract with Bromley after leaving Brentford B.

28th October 2025

Basingstoke Town have signed 19-year-old Remy Bennison on a dual registration with Bromley.

Bromley B Team will take on Chatham Town in the Kent Senior Cup quarter-finals after Chatham Town beat Erith Town 3‑1.

30th October 2025

Bromley U18s advanced to the second round of the FA Youth Cup with a  2-3  victory away against Leyton Orient U18s.

6th November 2025

Bromley B Team will face Chatham Town away in the Kent Senior Cup quarter-final on Tuesday, 23rd December.

25th November 2025

Bromley U18s will host Sheffield Wednesday U18 in the FA Youth Cup third round proper on Friday, December 12th, with kick-off at 7.00 pm.

4th December 2025

Soul Kader and George Penn have returned to Bromley following their loan spell at Hampton and Richmond.

11th December 2025

Bromley U18s booked their place in the Fourth Round of the FA Youth Cup with a win over Sheffield Wednesday. They will face Ipswich Town in the next round.

Bromley U21 have been eliminated from the Premier League Cup at the group stage. They required Sunderland to beat Colchester in the final match, but Colchester secured the win instead.

Bromley B exited the Kent Senior Cup after a 2–1 defeat away to Chatham Town, with Nathan Paul-Lavaly scoring the consolation goal for the young Ravens.

Soul Kader’s loan spell away at Horsham FC has been brought to an early end.

The 22-year-old striker had joined the Hornets on loan in early January in a deal that was due to run until the end of the season.
