Barnet FC Academy

Barnet FC runs a category 3 academy based in North London. They have a youth development program that nurtures young talent.

For the 2025/26 season, Barnet FC has joined the EFL Professional Academy system as a Category 4 club after securing promotion to League Two from the National League.

Below is how the Barnet FC academy was set up in the 2024/25 Season:

Youth Development Phase (U15–U16):

• CH Bees U15s: Launching this season, the U15 team will compete in the Eastern Junior Alliance.
• CH Bees U16s: Training twice weekly, the U16s focus on both tactical and player development. They play in the Eastern Junior Alliance and county cup competitions.

Professional Development Phase (U17–U19):

• CH Bees U17–18s: Training 3–4 times weekly, this squad competes in the Southern Counties Floodlit Youth League and Eastern Junior Alliance U18 division, along with the FA Youth Cup and Middlesex County Cup.
• CH Bees U19s: The top tier of the academy, the U19s train full-time and play in the National League U19 Alliance.
