Fulham FC runs a category 1 academy based in London. They have an elite youth development program that nurtures young talent.
All players, from the youngest in the Foundation Phase to the Under-21s, live and train according to the Academy’s core values, known as the 3 Hs: Honesty, Humility, and Hard Work.
Fulham takes pride in its long history of developing young talent for the First Team, with 40 Academy players making senior debuts since 2011/12.
At the club they recognise that their diversity is one of their greatest strengths.
Fulham are committed to celebrating inclusion and identity, the Academy recently launched a powerful activation centred around a Fulham For All World Map of Heritage

Fulham have announced several changes to their Academy structure. Steve Wigley has been appointed Academy Director, succeeding Sean Cullen, who departed in May after 10 years to join Brighton & Hove Albion Women.
Andrew Watt takes over as Academy Manager, while Andrew Joslin steps into the role of Under-18s Head Coach. Dan Thomas has been named Assistant Head Coach for the Under-21s.
Meanwhile, Ali Melloul has been promoted to First Team Coach.
