Notts County Academy Competitions For 2024/25
U18 Youth Alliance Cup
The EFL Youth Alliance Cup is a youth football tournament in England, organized by the English Football League (EFL). It features under-18 teams from League One and League Two clubs that compete in the EFL Youth Alliance, the league system for these academies.
The competition follows a format like the EFL Trophy, beginning with a regional group stage before progressing to a national knockout phase.
Designed to foster young talent at lower-tier EFL clubs, the tournament provides a structured competitive environment beyond regular league matches.
In the group stage, Notts County U18 are drawn in Group D against under-18 teams from Chesterfield, Lincoln City, Mansfield Town, Burton Albion and Rotherham.

Central League Cup
2024/25 Central League Cup Fixtures announced.
18 teams have entered the competition, divided into four groups:
Groups A and C contain five teams each, while Groups B and D each have four.
In the group stage, Notts County Reserves will play each of the other three teams in Group D once. The teams are Grimsby Town Reserves, Mansfield Town U-21, and Chesterfield Reserves.

24th September 2024
Kameron Muir becomes Notts County’s youngest ever player at 15 years, 1 month and 1 day.
19th October 2024
In the 1st round of the FA Youth Cup, Notts County have been drawn away to Kempston Rovers Academy.
30th October 2024
After beating Kempston Rovers FC away 2 – 1 in the first round, Notts County has secured a place in the second round of the FA Youth Cup.
1st November 2024
At just 15 years old, Kameron Muir competes in both the first rounds of the FA Youth Cup and the FA Cup within the same week.
Notts County U18s have been drawn away to Burton Albion in the 2nd round of the FA Youth Cup. The match will take place on Saturday the 16th of November at the Pirelli Stadium.

In the 3rd round of the FA Youth Cup, Notts County have been drawn at home to Fulham after beating Burton Albion 2 – 1 in the second round..
1st December 2024
The FA Youth Cup journey came to an end for Notts County after a third-round loss 0 – 4 at home to Fulham.
20th February 2025
Notts County has offered professional contracts to nine promising young players: Daniel Adiefeh, Cassius Cisse, Madou Cisse, Carter Foxe, Charlie Gill, Alfie Goodwin, Harrison Hazard, Milai Perott, and Theo Robinson.
The club is excited to support their continued development as they take the next step in their football careers.
