Chelsea Academy

Chelsea FC runs a category 1 academy based in Surrey. They have an elite youth development program that nurtures young talent.

Chelsea academy wrapped up a 2024/25 season defined by both challenge and progress:

1. U17 Premier League Cup Quarter-Finalist
2. U18 Premier League Cup Quarter-Finalist
3. Finished 4th in the Under-18 Premier League
4. FA Youth Cup 5th Round
5. U21 Premier League Cup Quarter-Finalist
6. Finished 3rd in the PL2 regular season
7. Premier League 2 Playoffs Quarter Finalist

There has been a growing collaboration between the Academy and the men’s squad.

This was particularly evident during the 2024/25 UEFA Conference League campaign, where eight youth players were given the opportunity to make their senior debuts and showcase their talent on the European stage.
