Bromley FC Academy Competitions For 2024/25
U18 Youth Alliance Cup
The EFL Youth Alliance Cup is a youth football tournament in England, organized by the English Football League (EFL). It features under-18 teams from League One and League Two clubs that compete in the EFL Youth Alliance, the league system for these academies.
The competition follows a format like the EFL Trophy, beginning with a regional group stage before progressing to a national knockout phase.
Designed to foster young talent at lower-tier EFL clubs, the tournament provides a structured competitive environment beyond regular league matches.
In the group stage, Bromley U18 are drawn in Group H against under-18 teams from Sutton United, Gillingham, Leyton Orient and AFC Wimbledon.

U21 Premier League Cup
The Premier League Cup was introduced in the 2013/14 season to enhance competition during the Professional Development Phase.
It added a knockout tournament alongside the regular league schedule. For the 2024/25 season, the format features nine groups.
The top team from each group automatically qualifies for the knockout stage, along with the seven best second-placed teams.
Bromley U21 are drawn in Group A against under 21 teams from Bristol City, Exeter City, and Norwich City.

After beating Woking away 6 – 2 in the first round, Bromley has secured a place in the second round of the FA Youth Cup
1st November 2024
Bromley U18s have been drawn at home against Rising Ballers Kensington in the 2nd round of the FA Youth Cup. Match will be played on Wednesday 20th November at Hayes Lane, Bromley.

In the 3rd round of the FA Youth Cup, Bromley have been drawn away to Stoke City if they win their home match against Rising Ballers Kennington.
19th November 2024
The FA Youth Cup 1st-round match between Bromley and Woking will be replayed at Hayes Lane on Wednesday, 20th November. The initial game was not be completed according to competition rules.
21st November 2024
Bromley’s FA Youth Cup journey ended in the first round with a 1-2 home defeat to Woking, following a replay mandated by the FA.
3rd February 2025
Bromley narrowly missed out of the knockout stage of the Premier League Cup following a 3 – 0 win away at Norwich City.

The young Ravens advanced in the London Senior Cup with a 1-0 victory over Metropolitan Police FC in the second round.
10th March 2025
Bromley U21 clinched the Suburban League Premier Division title over the weekend. The young Ravens remain unbeaten with three games left to play.
18th March 2025
Bromley under-18s will play Oxford United under-18s away in the Youth Alliance Cup on Tuesday, April 1st.
The match will take place at the Oxford United Training Ground.

A first spot on the Sky Bet League Two matchday squad for Academy scholar Harry Haines in the match against Newport County.

Bromley U18s are set to take on Burton Albion U18s in the EFL Youth Alliance National Cup Final on Tuesday, April 22 at 7pm at Hayes Lane.

Bromley U18s fell short in the EFL Youth Alliance National Cup Final, suffering a 1-0 defeat to Burton Albion at Hayes Lane.
18th May 2025
The Bromley Under-18s fell to a 2-1 loss against Granada CF in the Tropical Cup final at the Estadio Francisco Bonet.
